When can I return a product?
You can return a product during the trail period of 30 days, only if the product is undamaged and complete. Only items that have been purchased directly from Manu can be returned. Manu products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it in the original packaging.
How can I return a product?
1. Please contact us first at email@example.com or 0031 40 264 7441 and specify the reason for the return.
2. Repack the item with care, making sure it is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it, preferably in the original packaging and include the filled out return form.
3. Adress the package to (postage not required):

4. Deliver the package at the post and save the shipping receipt. We will refund your purchase (if the item is undamaged) as soon as possible, within 2 weeks.
he entrepreneur will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs incurred by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the date on which the consumer notifies him of the returning product. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait for repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he/she has returned the product, whichever is earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same method of payment used by the consumer for repayment unless the consumer agrees with another method. The refund is free for the consumer.
